Release 110 – Admin Portal Unlocked

Release 110 brings significant enhancements to the Administrator Portal, expands granular control for change tracking, and introduces tools to help you better monitor and analyse schedule changes. These updates are designed to make project and user management more efficient and precise.

What’s New in Release 110?

1. Administrator Portal Becomes Fully Featured

The Administrator Portal is now a comprehensive tool for managing projects and users:

  • Direct Access to Projects: Administrators can now jump directly into any project from the portal without extra steps.
  • User Project View: Quickly see all projects a user is part of. For example, search for a team member and instantly access their project list.
  • Pending Invites: Manage and remind pending invitations with ease.

 

2. Project Search by Name

To improve efficiency, a search bar has been added to the Projects screen:

  • Locate projects by name instantly without having to scroll through long lists.
  • Particularly useful for enterprise teams managing large portfolios.

 

3. Change Control Screen Now Supports Minute-Level Granularity

Granular scheduling now extends to Change Control, allowing precision down to the minute.

  • Previously available only for Progress, this enhancement supports industries like nuclear energy that require minute-level tracking.
  • Plans are underway to expand this capability to Risk Analysis.

 

4. Enhanced Change Relationship Tracking

A new “Relationships” tab has been added to the Change Control Export:

  • View detailed relationship changes, including whether they were driving relationships (those impacting subsequent activities).
  • Track old and new relationships, such as changes from “finish-to-start” to “start-to-finish.”
  • This update is invaluable for users conducting delay analysis or managing schedule change control, especially those reviewing contractor schedules.
