This release gives you more flexibility in how you calculate critical path, makes it easier to explain schedule changes, and modernizes one of the most-used screens in the platform.

1. Calculate Critical Path Your Way

You can now choose between Longest Path and Total Float for critical path calculation.

Different teams prefer different methods. Now you’re in control. As an admin, go to Admin → Projects → Configuration and select the option that fits your project approach.

2.  Clearer Change Reporting with Gantt

The Change Control Gantt chart has been redesigned to visually match the Timeline view.
