What’s New in Release 138?
1. Portfolio Overview: Understand Everything at a Glance
The new Portfolio Overview screen gives you one place to monitor the health, status, and activity of your entire project portfolio.
What’s new:
- KPI bar with total projects, delayed milestones, SPI, and more
- Average portfolio delay and health trends over time
- Newsfeed-style updates showing who changed what and when
- Stale project detector for anything not updated in 2 or more weeks
- Delay stage insights so you can see when projects go off track
- User load view showing how team members are distributed across projects
🎯 Use case solved: Stay on top of project activity, risks, and team bandwidth without digging into individual files.
2. Mass Assign in Risk
Assigning risk properties just got a lot faster.
What’s new:
- Select multiple activities like in Excel
- Apply duration uncertainty and risk events all at once
🎯 Use case solved: No more manual updates or spreadsheet reimports. You can now update risk inputs in bulk with just a few clicks.
3. Risk Drivers Get a New Look
We have redesigned the Risk Drivers screen to make it clearer and more consistent with the rest of the Risk module.
What’s new:
- A modern, cleaner interface
- Same robust functionality as before
🎯 Use case solved: Easily spot what is driving your risk and what changed since your last update, now with a more user-friendly layout.
4. Small Enhancements, Big Wins
- Change Control now opens directly to the Schedule tab instead of Critical Path
- API request limit increased from 100 to 1000 per hour based on customer demand
🎯 Use case solved: Easier navigation for schedule reviewers and faster performance for API users.
