1. AI Mode: answers you can export and reuse


You can now export AI Mode answers so it is easier to share them with others or refine them before sending.

What’s new?

  • Export answers as PDF when you want a share‑ready snapshot for stakeholders.
  • Export answers as DOCX when you want to edit or adapt the wording before sharing.

🎯 Use case solved: Move from analysis to communication faster, without copying and pasting content out of AI Mode.

2. AI Mode: pre‑made questions to help you get started

AI Mode now includes a library of pre‑made questions so users can quickly discover useful prompts, even if they are not sure what to ask.

What’s new?

  • Pre‑made questions that highlight common and valuable ways to interrogate your projects.
  • A faster way to start conversations, which also makes demos and first‑time use more straightforward.

🎯 Use case solved: Users can jump straight to meaningful answers instead of spending time figuring out how to phrase questions.

3. AI Mode: choose the answer style that fits your audience

AI answers can sometimes be longer than needed, especially when sharing with time‑poor stakeholders. You can now choose from three answer styles so the format matches the audience.​

What’s new?​

  • Executive: Outcome‑oriented summaries with clear signals, such as traffic‑light style indicators.​
  • Analytical: A deeper dive with tables and technical detail for expert readers.​
  • Balanced: A middle ground that combines clear summaries with essential supporting detail.​

🎯 Use case solved: The same analysis can be re‑used for different audiences without rewriting from scratch.

4. Timeline: paths and drivers in one place

Timeline adds path analysis, so project managers can see not just what is scheduled, but what truly drives key dates. 

What’s new?

  • Critical path and driving relationships directly on the Timeline view.
  • A complete Gantt workspace with activities, relationships, filters, comments, and export.​

🎯 Use case solved: Project teams can review schedules, understand key drivers, and discuss paths in a single cloud workspace, without relying on separate tools.
