Release 109 – User Event Logs
What’s New in Release 109?
1. Event Logs for Administrators
Administrators now have access to a new Events page in the administration panel:
- User Action Logs: Trace changes made by users, such as adjustments to health check thresholds or risk profiles, which can impact your business.
- Improved Traceability: Whether it’s identifying honest mistakes or intentional modifications, you can now see who did what and ask the right questions.
- Competitive Advantage: Unlike locally installed tools like Acumen, P6, or PRA, our cloud-based platform enables centralised logging for complete visibility.
This is a critical feature for large organisations that need robust governance over user actions.
2. Streamlined AI Predict Features
To simplify workflows, we’ve consolidated the AI Predict functionality:
- The AI Prediction Component remains available on the Risk Screen, allowing users to:
- Generate risk profiles for each activity.
- Run a QSRA (Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis) with a single click.
- Other screens, such as Overview, Predict, and Mitigation, have been removed to avoid duplication.
These changes ensure the product remains focused and intuitive without losing any AI capabilities.
3. Removed Unused Options
We’ve removed options that were rarely or never used, further simplifying the interface:
- Grouping options in paths.
- Backward compatibility for file uploads.
- Path immunisation options.
Simplifying the product by removing unused features helps streamline the interface and make frequently used tools easier to access. It’s all about focusing on the features that deliver the most value to you, the user.
Why These Changes Matter
Release 109 focuses on improving administrative oversight and delivering a cleaner, more efficient user experience. By introducing detailed user action logs, organisations can better track and understand the impact of user actions on business-critical data. Meanwhile, streamlining the product ensures users can focus on what matters most without unnecessary complexity.
