Release 115 – Activity Code-Based Risk Management & Health Governance

Release 115 brings exciting updates, including support for Activity Codes in the Risk Screen, providing more flexibility in assigning risks. This release also strengthens health check governance, introduces two new AI-powered report templates—Risk and Scope Change—and enhances S-curve chart zooming for easier data analysis.

What’s New in Release 115?

 

1. Risk Screen Now Supports Activity Codes

We’ve introduced support for Activity Codes in the Risk Screen, enabling you to assign and track risks using Activity Codes. This enhancement provides greater flexibility, such as the ability to monitor risks by contractor.

 

2. Increased Governance for Health Check Settings

Admins now have greater control over health check settings. They can enforce standardised schedule quality requirements across projects or allow teams the flexibility to customise settings as needed.

This update prioritises governance while giving admins the control to decide when customisation is appropriate, ensuring the entire team stays aligned and accountable.

 

3. Two New Report Templates: Risk and Scope Change

We’ve added two new automated report templates to improve reporting workflows:

  • Risk Reports: Generate clear and detailed insights on project risks with a single click.
  • Scope Change Reports: Compare schedules and analyse changes to identify key differences over time.

These additions expand the reporting capabilities, saving teams valuable time and ensuring standardised reporting outputs.

4. Enhanced S-Curve Chart Zooming

Navigating S-curve charts is now more intuitive with improved zooming functionality:

  • Mouse Wheel Zoom: Use the mouse wheel or touchpad to zoom into specific areas of the chart.
  • Seamless Analysis: Focus on trends and key data points without manual scrolling.

This enhancement makes it easier to analyse data visually and drill into the details that matter most.
