This release gives you a clearer view of calendar changes and cleaner formatting for reports, making it easier to understand and share schedule data.

1. See Exactly What Changed in Your Calendars

Until now, you could see that a calendar changed, but not how it changed. That meant opening P6 and manually comparing the old and new calendars.

Not anymore.

What’s new:

  • View the number of working days assigned by each calendar
  • Instantly spot holiday and exception changes
  • Understand schedule impact at a glance, no external tools needed

Whether you're checking if a deadline was affected or reviewing shift patterns, it's all visible in one place.

2.  Scaled Reports That Stay Readable

Large tables used to break across multiple pages, making them difficult to read. Now, you can scale your reports to fit everything on a single page.

  • Shrink-to-fit option, like in Google Sheets or Excel
  • Keep all columns together for easier viewing and sharing
  • No more splitting important data across pages
